May 18, 2023
Mary Jeanne Cincotta schedules meeting with Bob Rogers of Chesapeake Digital Solutions to inform him that she will be giving him her 30 days notice per her contractual obligations. He was 15 minutes late because he fell asleep.
May 26, 2023 (approximately 10:45am)
Mary Jeanne Cincotta was involuntarily detained (that is "handcuffed by police upon trying to reenter her home and dragged kicking and screaming from the backyard of her fenced-in fully-paid for private property to be handcuffed and thrown into the back of an ambulance and subsequently handcuffed to a hospital bed in the Emergency room and forcibly injected with "Haldol" while restrained by 4 security officers) to answer a 911 call emergency "because I was not sleeping."
May 27, 2023
Moved from Emergency Room and her body was examined by 2 women, she could hear from their reactions that they noticed bruising as she was changed into a hospital gown, but does not recall being photographed. She also received a 360 Body Scan as done in the Airport. She was then admitted to a room as a patient of Fairfax Hospital. At peak of physical exhaustion she was given a form to fill out on who was to receive her medical records and who was allowed to visit. (At this point in time MJ conjectured that her sister called 911 and her daughter video-taped the events on May 26, 2023) She made her husband the recipient of her medical records. Mary Jeanne was provided the Temporary Detention Order after being admitted. It did not name who her accuser was except "magistrate."
May 29, 2023 (evening)
Mary Jeanne Cincotta visited by her Court Appointed POS Attorney for about 10 minutes. I asked if I'd be allowed to testify. I asked if the trial will be recorded. POS said that if I make the request at the beginning of the trial then, yes, I would get a copy of the recording.
May 30, 2023
Mary Jeanne Cincotta was not allowed to testify during her trial. But she did ask for the trial to be recorded so that she could receive a copy. Her husband and sister were testifying against her on behalf of the magistrate (apparently). Though she was NOT permitted to testify, she did lift her arms and display the bruising as evidenced on her triceps. Upon which the case was dismissed. Disc arrives: June 16, 2023.)
She told her nurse that she needs the court order from the lawyer and her discharge papers from her doctor. She also requested a letter form the Hospital stating that she is not a danger to herself or others.
Late that evening, Nurse Kuyik said all of the items I requested were above his pay grade, or out of his hands.
May 31, 2023
Mary Jeanne served a second Temporary Detention Order 17:39. Notices an expiration date. Hearing date set for June 2, 2023 7-11am.
June 2, 2023
Despite much fanfare and persistance Mary Jeanne Cincotta was released to her Father, Tony Cincotta and her brother, Tomas Cincotta. She was left at her home alone around 5pm on June 2, 2023. She texted Bob about her whereabouts and they agreed to have a conversation the next day.
June 3, 2023
Bob was understanding and mentioned that he still needed me to set Phillip up with our suppliers on their basecamp workstations. In MJ's mind, Bob's one redeeming quality is that he thinks that anyone who tries to slow down the tempo or delivery of their words to be more accomodating for others is stupid. In a few recorded conversations between MJ and her husband, she sums up her conversation with Bob. Note: Bob was 45 minutes late to this discussion. Invoice remains unpaid.
Grievances:
Fairfax Hospital should be brought to justice
Mary Jeanne Cincotta will not be responsible for the government's misappropriation of Human Resources in the County of Fairfax or the State of Virginia OR the expense incurred by her involuntary detainment there. Extreme stress experienced. Violent bruising and permanent nerve damage to her hands as a result. Inaccurate recording of her physical injuries sustained by her seizure. Pain and suffering of preparing a defense that was NEVER heard OR ruled upon to allow this very same incident to reoccur and human rights to be continuously violated.
Right to Annul Marriage:
Husband signed law document with a commission ending in March 31, 2009 which was around the time of Mary Jeanne Cincotta's 3rd admission into Fairfax Hospital which they deemed as VOLUNTARY and therefore REQUIRED her to be medicated in order to be released.

Mary Jeanne Cincotta lost access to her designermjc@gmail.com email address at some point after making plans to restructure her organization. She suspects the WSI Google Partner to have been the main culprit of the data breach as her password was changed on June 12.
Designermjc@gmail.com was set up for Mary Jeanne Cincotta's next desired role as a Social Media Influencer and was then the main email address used for her accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn. It was also the main email account that she used for her graphic design business of 20 years, BeIntrigued LLC (her freelance graphic design business and the bridge to all her former contacts a well as ALL her personal financial, medical, etc. data)
Upon receipt of a new SIM card per a friend of MJ's suggestion, she was able to regain access to her designermjc@gmail.com email on her phone. But not her laptop.
Money Offers:
MJ has also been receiving calls about her business will be most likely to receive a refund of up to $26,000 for every employee she kept on payroll during the years of 2020 and 2021.
